By engaging Buildwise Estimates for construction estimating services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and related consulting services for construction projects.

2. Service Scope

Buildwise Estimates provides professional estimating services based on the drawings, specifications, and information provided by the client. Estimates are prepared using industry-standard software and databases, including RSMeans, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current project information, including all relevant drawings, specifications, and project details. Delays in providing information may affect delivery timelines.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided in advance based on project scope. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

We strive to deliver estimates within 24-48 hours for standard projects. Delivery times may vary based on project complexity and size. Specific timelines will be confirmed upon project acceptance.

6. Confidentiality

Buildwise Estimates maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, drawings, and project details. We are willing to sign NDAs as required by clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, estimates are based on information provided and industry standards. Buildwise Estimates is not liable for decisions made based on our estimates, and clients should verify all information independently.

8. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of Buildwise Estimates until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights for the deliverables for their specific project.

9. Modifications and Cancellations

Project modifications may result in additional charges. Cancellation policies will be outlined in individual service agreements.
